Ordering is simple:
We ship to most of countries over the Europe, especially UK, Ireland, Norway, Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Finland, Belgium, Netherlands, Poland, Turkey, Greece etc, please don’t hesitate to place orders, if we can’t ship to you, we will get the money back to you account.
Items received before 3.30pm on a working day will be fixed the same day, providing the parts are in stock. If the parts are not in stock we will let you know via email that there has been a delay in sending your order. We will endeavour to repair your item within maximum 5 working days of receiving your order. If the delay in delivery is unacceptable to you we will cancel your order and payment or, if payment has already been processed, we will refund any payment taken once you have advised us that the service(s) are no longer required.
All orders are sent out by Special Delivery or courier and should reach you by the following working day. (We may, at our discretion, use Recorded Delivery.) If your order fails to be delivered within 3 working days, please notify us by email using our Contact Us form. We will assist you with information you require to claim compensation from the Royal Mail company or courier service for lost or damaged items.
Please ensure that you enter a full and correct delivery address for your service. We cannot be held responsible for orders that are not delivered where a full and correct delivery address has not been given. If the order is returned to us by the Post Office we will re-send the order to the correct address on receipt of the correct additional postage for redelivery.
If you no longer require the ordered service(s) we will refund your payment less postage and packing costs incurred by us and a restocking fee of up to 20% of the total order value.
All deliveries should be inspected on arrival. If there are any signs of damage you should inform us as soon as possible but within 7 working days of receipt of the product. We will always give you a solution about damaged goods so long as you inform us within 7 working days of receipt.
The customer has the right to inspect the items and must make sure they remain undamaged and fixed well. If u not happy with our service or If you have changed your mind in time order been placed please contact our Customer Service and we will we execute further results.
